What is Safe Space?

iiCare is a nonprofit initiative operating under a fiscal sponsorship with the Social Impact Fund (SIF). We exist to bridge healthcare disparities, facilitate economic mobility, and empower underserved communities through a network of collaborative partnerships—philanthropists, hospitals, advanced research organizations, universities, and beyond.

iiCare transforms traditional philanthropy into a regenerative engine for health equity, innovation, and economic mobility. Through a professionally managed fund and a community-driven venture studio, we connect donors, institutions, and grassroots leaders to co-create solutions that scale. From linking underserved patients to clinical trials to turning university patents into student-led startups and empowering families with financial tools, every program is designed to recycle impact, close systemic gaps, and build a future where access and opportunity are not privileges—but guarantees.

Active Capital Management

Contributions from individual donors, family offices, professional athletes, Fortune‑level corporations, and research institutions enter iiCare’s audited, performance‑tracked fund.

Human‑Centered Co‑Design

Working with Immersion, we convene patients, students, entrepreneurs, and grassroots leaders to design pilots rooted in real‑world experience rather than whiteboard theory.

Deployment & Scale

Once a pilot proves its worth, Immersion builds the operational muscle to take it nationwide, installing live dashboards so every stakeholder can watch impact unfold in real time.

Recycle & Amplify

Revenue shares and recoverable‑grant repayments flow into iiCare, financing new projects without requiring another donor dollar, or we can further grow the pool through new donations. Impact compounds the way interest does: one gift becomes many lifelines.

Our Model

Through our advanced network, we pinpoint areas in need of social change and humanitarian aid and help provide resources where they can be used best, providing comprehensive and lasting solutions.
